I want to have good posture. Even if you think so, if you have stiffness in your body and your balance is lost, it is difficult to maintain a good posture by yourself. It may be good to have a physical therapist guide you, but I can't ask you to teach me every time. So I devised a method that anyone can easily do by themselves.
That's the magic phrase! When you recite the magic phrase, an image is born in your head. The images provide a sensory experience and feel as if they really are.
The brain is flexible, so it tries to make it happen. In the process of trying to realize that, the hard part of the body will sway.
For example, imagine putting umeboshi in your mouth. "Lemon" is fine.
Illustration = "A great book that improves your posture just by saying magic phrases" See all images (7 photos)Can't you feel the muscles around your mouth tense and salivating? Even though I hadn't actually put the umeboshi or lemon in my mouth, just imagining it gave my brain an illusion.
The magic phrase is to do this with your posture. There is also a slightly strange image that is not generally associated with posture, but that is on purpose. By borrowing the power of unexpectedness and surprise, we designed it so that you can get out of your usual habits.
I will introduce the specific method from now on, so please grasp these tips, cut off muscle tension, and grasp the feeling of standing on your bones.
And let's reset the posture that has collapsed and the malfunction/trouble.
First, take it easy and say each of the following magic phrases. You don't have to say it out loud (of course, you can say it out loud!).
You should be able to feel the tension melt away and your spine straighten. You can say it anytime, anywhere, in any position. Whether you're standing, sitting, walking, working, having a meeting, doing housework or raising children, whatever you're doing, it doesn't matter.
In the first place, posture is not something that should be fixed, but something that is always in motion. So you don't have to try to "make a good posture!" with a formal attitude. In everyday life, it is very important to continue to fluctuate gently and easily.
