Reasons for failure 1) Lack of nutrition, always hungry

On the other hand, vegetables and mushrooms do not contain these three major nutrients, so the calories are lower. High -calorie protein, lipids, and carbohydrates are reduced, and only low -calorie ones such as vegetables and mushrooms are eaten. Then you will not be able to obtain the nutrition you need for the body, and you will be in insufficient nutrition. I was in the past.
